These terms are issued by Asaweb Serviços de Multimídia Ltda., at Av. Cândido de Abreu, 381, 2nd floor, Centro Cívico, Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil. Contact: sac@asaweb.com.br and +55 41 4111-1203.
A specific proposal, service order, contract or SLA prevails regarding scope, price, term, capacity, availability, support and liability.
Website use
Informational content and contact
The website presents solutions and organizes inquiries. Public descriptions are not irrevocable offers and do not replace technical assessment. Unauthorized access, interference, malicious code and unlawful use of content or trademarks are prohibited.
Contracting
Scope, activation, billing and cancellation
Services follow an accepted proposal or contract defining resources, limits, implementation, fees, renewals and cancellation. Out-of-scope requests may require new review, deadlines and charges.
Activation depends on information, access, testing, payments and other customer responsibilities. Delays can affect schedules.
Customer responsibilities
Content, source and access
- 01Hold rights and authorizations for content, image, voice, music and transmitted data
- 02Provide signal, power, local internet, equipment and team assigned in scope
- 03Protect credentials and grant only required permissions
- 04Follow destination-platform rules and applicable privacy notices
- 05Report audience, timing, criticality and changes in advance
- 06Keep copies when backup or archiving is not contracted
Dependencies
Streaming involves third-party networks and platforms
Availability, latency and quality may be affected by source connectivity, power, equipment, internet routes, browsers, devices, viewers' networks and external platforms. AsaWeb does not fully control those dependencies.
YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and other integrations remain subject to eligibility, formats, permissions and changes set by each provider.
SLA
Service levels apply only when formally agreed
Availability, measurement window, maintenance, response times, support channels, capacity, credits and exclusions must appear in a specific SLA or contract. The institutional site alone does not guarantee a percentage, latency or response time.
Planned maintenance is communicated under the applicable instrument. Emergency work may be required to preserve security and continuity.
Acceptable use
Protecting the platform and third parties
Illegal content, intellectual-property infringement, malware, fraud, spam, attacks, deliberate overload and circumvention of controls are prohibited. AsaWeb may suspend an operation to contain risk, comply with law, protect third parties or address nonpayment under contract.
Liability
Limits compatible with law and contract
Each party remains responsible for its obligations and direct harm it causes, subject to applicable law and valid contract limits. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Incidents should be promptly reported through agreed support channels; both parties should cooperate to reduce impact and preserve evidence.
Ownership, privacy and law
Final provisions
AsaWeb marks, text, interfaces and materials remain protected. Customer content remains with its owner; technical licenses required for service delivery last for the service term.
Data processing follows the Privacy Policy and applicable contract. Brazilian law governs these terms, and venue follows applicable law and valid contractual terms. Future updates will be dated on this page.
